Feedback and Request Management
Raise feedback tickets, track their status and add comments, with who can access feedback and an example of how a ticket moves to resolution.
Overview
The Feedback feature allows users to report:
- Bugs
- Issues
- Errors
- Feature enhancement requests
All tickets are visible in the system and follow a controlled status workflow.
Who Can Access Feedback
The Feedback section is available to:

- Users
- Admins
- Super Admins
All roles can:

- View tickets
- Create tickets
- Add comments
Only Super Admins can change ticket status.
Create Feedback

Go to Feedback.

Click New Feedback.

Add a title.

Add a detailed description.

Attach files if needed.

Click Submit Feedback.
Ticket Statuses

Open
A new ticket that has just been submitted.

In Progress
The ticket is being reviewed or worked on.

Closed
The issue has been resolved or the request has been completed.

Commenting
All roles can add comments to any ticket to share updates or ask questions.
Example Ticket Flow

- A user identifies an issue.
- The user raises a new request through the Feedback section.
- The ticket is created with the status Open.
- A Super Admin reviews the ticket.
- The status is updated to In Progress.
- Team members add comments as the ticket is investigated or addressed.
- Once resolved, the status is changed to Closed.
