Run and monitor long-running work such as research, file processing, API calls and automated tool executions, and see where to track progress.
Overview
Background Tasks show operations that are currently running or recently executed in the background.

How to Create a Background Task
- Go to the chat interface.
- Type what you want the agent to do.
Example:

Do research on the latest AI integrations.
How to View Background Tasks
- Open your agent.
- On the right-hand side, click Background Tasks.
- View active or recent tasks.
If no tasks are running, the section will show No background tasks.
