BambooHR integration allows the agent to access employee data and company directory information.

Setup Steps

    Go to Settings → Integrations → BambooHR.

    Toggle Enable BambooHR on.

  3. 3

    Enter the company domain.

  4. 4

    Enter the BambooHR API key.

  5. 5

    Click Save.

  6. 6

    Restart the agent.
