Google Workspace Integration

Overview

Google Workspace integration allows the agent to connect with supported Google services.

How to Connect Google Workspace

   Go to Connectors.

   Select Google.

3. 3

   Click Authorize with Google.

4. 4

   Review and confirm requested permissions.

5. 5

   Click Authorize with Google again.

6. 6

   Complete Google authentication.

7. 7

   Approve all prompts.

   You will be redirected back to CommandLyne.

After Connection

The connection status will appear in green when successfully linked.

Supported Google Services

Inside Settings, you can enable services such as:

1. • Google Calendar
   • Google Drive
   • Gmail
   • Google Chat
   • Google Meet

Verification Prompts

Use these prompts in chat to test the connection:

1. Do you have access to my Google Calendar?

   List files in my Google Drive.

   Send an email to test@example.com.

Troubleshooting

If permissions are incorrect:

1. 1. Reopen settings.
   2. Re-authorize Google.
   3. Make sure required services are checked.
   4. Save configuration again.
